The Jonas Brothers are a band of three brothers from Wyckoff, New Jersey. The Jonas Brothers career began when they were signed with Columbia Records in 2005. Their first album, It's About Time, was released on August 7, 2006.
Though a Christian band, they also appeal to the public, being featured on many popular cartoon and kids channels such as Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network. They were even featured on MTV's Total Request Live, where their music video "Mandy" reached number four.
Recently the Jonas Brothers have announced, through a bulletin on their MySpace page, that they are no longer with Columbia Records, but are signed to Hollywood Records, and are currently preparing an album that is due to be released on August 7, 2007.
